"I could not be more satisfied with the level of customer service my wife and I received from the agency. Our previous out-of-state agent sent our info to the local agency and the contact was perfectly timed after change of location. Aldea reached out to us offering services that eventually exceeded our expectations. Aldea and the Taulli team were able to provide renter insurance when other State Farm agencies told us no (lack of effort and research on their part). Furthermore, Aldea was able to not only get us the best rates in Louisisana, but she was able to handle our insurance needs in Texas at phenomenal rates. I would challenge you to fi d a better agency to conduct business with, as it will be difficult. Thank you to Aldea and the Taulli State Farm Insurance team!"
